Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Nhuga Research Labs's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Services
Nhuga Research Labs provides algorithmic trading strategy research, development, performance tracking, and custom strategy development services. Our platform includes strategy leaderboards, backtest analytics, research reports, and the "Build My Strategy" custom development service. All strategies are developed for use with funded trading platforms.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You agree not to share, resell, or redistribute strategy code, research reports, or any proprietary content without explicit written permission from Nhuga Research Labs.
Intellectual Property
All strategies, algorithms, research, and content on the platform are the intellectual property of Nhuga Research Labs unless explicitly stated otherwise. For custom strategies developed through "Build My Strategy," the client receives full ownership of the delivered code or EA (.ex4/.ex5) file upon completion of payment. Nhuga Research Labs retains the right to use general concepts and techniques (but not the specific implementation) in future work.
Subscription & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. All payments are processed through Whop, Inc., which acts as the payment processor for Nhuga Research Labs. Nhuga Research Labs is the seller and supplier of all products and services offered on this platform — Whop is not the seller, supplier, or licensor of our products. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any strategy (unless you own it via Build My Strategy); use automated tools to scrape or copy platform content; impersonate another user; use the platform for any illegal activity; or interfere with the platform's operation.
Limitation of Liability
Nhuga Research Labs is not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from the use of our strategies, tools, or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding it.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
